Quarry Restoration

Modern mineral extraction practices provide an abundance of opportunities for thoughtful restoration schemes to enhance the overall setting and appeal of sites in the long term. With an increased focus from planners in recent years on restoration, fully developing the potential in restoration for enhanced amenity, public access and biodiversity gains is taking on an ever increasing importance at the early stages of site design. Brice Aggregates will work with landowners to develop restoration schemes which meet the long term objectives for their land as well as fully incorporating appropriate ecological and amenity enhancements. This can typically include the imporation of inert materials into sites to achieve enhanced restoration landforms.
